Ingredients
- Beef sirloin 4 slices
- Yellow and green peppers 100 g
- Tomatoes 100 g
- Red onion 50 g
- Thyme, parsley and mint 1 small bunch
- Juice of half a lemon -
- Extra virgin olive oil 4 spoonfuls
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
1. First, de-seed and mince peppers and tomatoes.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
3. At this point, chop the aromatic herbs, brush the sirloin cuts with a little oil, and sprinkle them with a handful of herbs, as well as salt and pepper.
4. Now, it’s time to put all vegetables in a bowl, add lemon juice, any remaining oil and herbs and season with salt and pepper.
5. At this point, place the grill on the stove
6. It’s time to heat the plate.
7. And then, lay the sirloin slices on it.
8. Let them brown for 3-4 minutes on each side
9. Finally, top each slice with the previously prepared vegetable sauce.
