- Fontina cheese 400 g
- Whole milk 200 g
- Butter 25 g
- Egg 4 egg yolks
- Salt to taste
- Artichokes, potatoes and boiled zucchini 400 g
Steps
1. Let’s start with cutting the Fontina cheese, after removing the crust.
2. Next up, place a pot on the stove.
3. Put cheese, egg yolks, milk and butter in the pot.
4. Turn on the stove. At this point, stir continuously until the liquid cream thickens.
5. Remove the pan from the fire just as the mixture begins to thicken.
6. At this point, the fondue is ready to be served with the ready-made vegetables.
