Ingredients
- Large potatoes, with skin 4 (approximately 200-250 g each)
Steps
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and peirce them several times with a fork. Place in a microwaveable dish, cover and cook for 12-15 minutes at 750 W.
2. Turn the potatoes halfway through and finish by cooking for a further 4-5 minutes, still at 750 W.
3. An extra special touch: Make a slit in the potatoes and fill with butter and a pinch of salt or add a generous helping of cheese.
