Ingredients
- Broccoli florets 500 g
- Cauliflower 500 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Thyme A few sprigs
- Extra virgin olive oil 4 spoonfuls
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
1. Let’s start with cleaning broccoli and cauliflowers and removing the hardest parts of the stem. Divide into florets.
2. At this point, place a pan on the stove, add 1 liter of water, a garlic clove, a few thyme leaves and salt.
3. Bring to a boil and remove the garlic clove
4. Time to add broccoli and cauliflower florets
5. Cook for 12-15 minutes until soft; blend with an hand-held mixer, adding oil in little threads. And now, season with chopped thyme and pepper.
