  • Coriander 1 tuft
  • Parsley 1 tuft
  • Sunflower oil 4 tablespoons
  • Toasted sesame 1 tablespoon
  • Salt

Steps

1. Cut the aubergines into quarters lengthwise and place them on the appropriate microwave cooking plate
2. Mix the spices in a bowl
3. Grease the aubergine with a drizzle of oil and sprinkle with the spices
