Ingredients
- Ravioli 500 g
- Tomato passata 1 bottle
- Double cream oil 1 pack
- Salt a pinch
- Medium onion 1
- Basil leaves A few
Steps
1. Fry the onion in the oil for 2 minutes in a Pyrex® dish with the microwave at maximum power.
2. Pour in the tomato passata, salt and basil. Cover the dish and cook for 10 minutes with the microwave function at maximum power.
3. Pour in the cream and cook for a further 4 minutes with the microwave at maximum power.
4. Add the ravioli to the sauce, stir and cook for 4 minutes with the microwave function at maximum power. Serve.
