Ingredients
- Flour 200 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Egg 1 whole
- Baking powder ½ sachet
- Butter 60 g
- Salt a pinch
- Milk A splash
- Cooking apples 3
Steps
1. Carefully sprinkle the flour onto the worktop and add the egg, butter, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt, then mix it all together, adding a splash of milk so that all the ingredients combine well. Continue mixing until you are left with a smooth batter.
2. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.
3. Grease the crisp® plate and dust with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter into the crisp® plate and add the apples, starting at the edges and moving towards the centre. Sprinkle with sugar and cook for 9-10 minutes using the crisp® function.
