Steps
1. Let’s start with softening gelatin sheets in cold water.
2. Next up, place a pan on the stove
3. At this point, pour the cream into the saucepan along with sugar, cardamom pods and vanilla bean split in half.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Now, add drained and squeezed gelatin and soluble coffee
6. At this point, sieve the mixture in the molds, let it cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
7. Finally, serve the cake decorated with wafers.
