Ingredients
- Red mullet fillets 320 g
- Vegetables (eggplants, carrots, zucchini) 300 g
- Eggs 2
- Breadsticks 200 g
- White flour to taste
- Peanut oil to fry plentiful
- Salt to taste
Steps
1. For starters, beat the eggs in a bowl, soak the red mullet fillets in the batter, letting any excess of it drain.
2. Now, chop the bread sticks and roll the fillets in the minced mixture.
3. Clean eggplants, carrots and zucchini, and cut them into sticks.
4. Now, place a pan with oil on the stove.
5. Heat it to 180°
6. At this point, immerse a few red mullet fillets at a time, and, once golden, drain and place them on absorbent paper.
7. Next, quickly flour the vegetables and deep fry them.
8. Finally, sprinkle salt on fillets and vegetables and serve them piping hot.
