Ingredients
- Bread dough 200 g
- Tomato puree enough to coat the pizza base
- Sliced mozzarella 1
- Fresh basil 2-3 leaves
- Olive oil -
- Rough chopped tomato to garnish 1
Steps
1. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface.
2. Place it on the crisp® plate, cover with the tomato puree, sliced mozzarella and 2-3 shredded basil leaves.
3. Drizzle generously with olive oil and cook for 12-14 minutes using the crisp® function.
